HIPAA Compliance Statement

ClearChart AI is being developed with HIPAA compliance as a foundational requirement. Our platform is:

• Designed to operate without using PHI for AI model training
• Built to meet data protection standards aligned with HIPAA, including secure authentication, encryption, and access controls
• Deployable via secure, private cloud or on-prem hardware to match healthcare IT policies

As of this early access phase, ClearChart AI is not yet handling live patient data. Full HIPAA compliance will be maintained and documented as live deployments begin.

System Integration & Data Security

While our integrations may interact with system data from the platforms we support, all data is handled in strict accordance with the security and compliance standards established by those platforms and their partners, including HIPAA and SOC 2. Data remains encrypted in transit and at rest, is never altered, and is not retained beyond its intended operational use. Most importantly, no data is ever used to train AI models. ClearChart AI is built to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of both data and systems—ensuring secure, compliant, and trustworthy integration from day one.
